I’ve taken a number of mushroom varietal supplements with great results (namely mood boost, focus, anti-anxiety and gut health). When going to reorder I noticed this product t had really great reviews so I figured I’d give it a go. It actually has an adverse effect on me and actually makes me feel terrible. It was a waste of time and money and I would encourage you to try a different brand because there are plenty of others that do a great job. Not this one.

I was excited to try this product because I have been hearing a lot of good things about taking mushroom pills for energy. I have been having long work days and have taken these pills to help me focus throughout the day. It has no calming or relaxing effect. It’s just like taking sugar shots. I am horrified at the effects this has had on me. I have a 2.5 year old and it has made me feel like I’m never going to sleep. It’s 12 midnight, I took at 8 am and there is no way I can’t sleep. This company should have to pay for my therapy.

I haven't been taking these long enough to know if they are effective but the packaging was as expected with no damage or open product. They have a very earthy almost chocolatey flavor to them. Odd I know but it's mild. Hoping this helps as a general wellness support.
