Britney Spears: The Biography of Britney Spears

Britney Spears legacy if there should be one will be will be most interesting. Our daughter (born just 8 years older than Britney) did watch her videos and listen to her music but I cannot say she was one of her most favorite performers. I do remember the video in which she dressed like a Catholic High Schooler but I was never impressed.Knowing, through the media, her early successes and her later trials and tribulations I am glad I took the time to get a bit more acquainted with her by reading this biography.

It's sad what she has to go through growing up. She didn't give up, she kept on fighting. Like her song stronger, she's stronger than yesterday.

This product came in fine, and is exactly what it says however. This should not be the book that first pops up when you type in Brittney Spears book. Should I have done my own research to buy the right listing yes however idk if they pay for the first slot or not. I just wanted to post this here because this is not the new book people want in 2023. Thankfully it came in for my mother's birthday; but me spending double the amount because this book was the first ones that came up is messed up. It is thin readable in a couple of hours if you are a fully grown literate adult. lol

Just a recap and leaves out a lot of detail. It was not what I expected and I was bored.

I appreciate that the authors mentioned why Britney shaved her head. I feel like it wasn't really explained well in the media when it first happened why she did it. I feel like they made it sound like she was crazy and just did this random drastic thing which it appears is not entirely untrue. The media also never said anything about her aunt passing away which appears to be the key reason she shaved her head. With that being said, I don't know which story is true because there are several news outlets saying it happened after rehab and she allegedly did it because Federline was not allowing her to see her kids. This is why I wish their were citations for this book because it would help clarify what actually happened. I still don't know who to believe because the news articles don't site their sources either. I am wondering if they are just running with whatever Joe Smoe said. I really recommend adding sources to improve credibility, especially when what is written differs from everything else that is being reported. With that being said, I had fun reading every moment of this book. I think Britney had a very interesting life although challenging at times. I am very much looking forward to reading her memoir.

Unbelievably short and I learned absolutely nothing new about Brittany Spears , just the same old things that where in the media . Terrible . Not a book written from the heart , just a summary of facts I already knew . Way to phone it in Nothing like the beautifully written book Jessica Simpson released .

Very interesting book.

This should not be the first thing that pops up when you search "Britney Spears book". That is extremely predatory for people who are just doing their Christmas shopping and aren't thoroughly researching each product pages fine print. The real Britney book is over 250 pages. This is a 50 page summary written in giant font. Absolutely shameful.

The product is absolutely not worth 15 dollars
