Bought 3 times! Got a total of 8 months use!
I lived the idea, but the first one was really loud! You had to wait until it was done to talk and it was so difficult to prime. I hated it but really wanted bottles water hooked to our fridge! But after about 3 months it quit working! So I ordered another one, in less than a month it quit working so i was able to send it back. The 3rd one was quieter, still loud, but at least you could talk while it ran, but it lasted about 3 months again and quit working. So I'm looking for some new option now!

Perfect item for fresh clean water to fridge!
We make distilled water and keep it in 5gal jugs, this has been a super convenient option for clean water from fridge as well as clean ice also! Had issue with 1st product but resolved without hassle! Great item & great seller!

Difficult to bleed air out, real Difficult. Quite noisy. Actually very loud. Once set up, it works as it should.

DO NOT BUY THIS!
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Product completely failed and filled with water and what looks like pump debris after only 4 months of being connected to our office coffee maker. Check out the sweet picture of what leaked out of it after picking it up wondering why it wasn't working. They claim 24 hour support but I tried to reach out to them via their chat feature on their website and have not received any support.

Reliable
Bought this for my new refrigerator that has an ice maker. I have well water and while I have a water softener I prefer spring water , which there is one near me. This will allow me to have clean ice
