Motherboard Failure After 7 Months of Purchase
Purchased this item in February of this year and it worked just fine. I rarely drop my phone, I use the proper charger and keep the protective battery setting on. Just about two weeks ago, the phone began to overheat while charging, charged very slowly, and died very fast. Went to have it diagnosed at UBreakIFix, was immediately told there was an issue with the charger port. Work order was placed and when they took the phone in, I was told the motherboard was defective. Contacted Amazon representatives and was told I could only take whatever solution was offered by the third party seller. As the return period had passed, Microtech simply stated there was nothing that could be done despite the product being faulty.I have bought refurbished phones for year and never have I had this issue. I've lost faith in refurbished phones despite them being wallet-friendly and eco-friendly but I feel that $800+ have been stolen from my pockets. Point being: I wouldn't recommend buying from this seller.

Phone does not have dual sim as stated. Really needed the second sim for traveling. Otherwise great.
