So I was skeptical about this working. I have had gout flareups for close to 30 years. The joint on my large toes had been getting larger and swelling out. This is a supplement that actually works for me. My fingers and thumbs are less painful and more flexible when I take it daily. You need to be patient; it takes a couple of weeks to start helping. I definitely believe it you have joint problems you should try this. This brand has O very high my concentrate.

I ordered these during a particularly persistent Gout attack. I had been dealing with pain and swelling moving around in different spots in both feet and ankles for nearly two months, sometimes not even being able to put my shoe on. Only a day or two after starting these supplements my pain was lowered to the point that I no longer needed to take Naproxen every day. Here I am a week later walking normally with very little to no pain or swelling anymore. I like to think these, coupled with being a little more careful with my diet and increasing my water intake a little bit, have helped immensely. Taking two a day does seem to make me a little tired, but totally worth it for the relief these seem to have brought me.

I now take one every day. If I feel the slightest sign of a gout flair-up, I double up the dose. Get this supplement, what do you have to lose, except pain.
