This is a nice set. Comes with two banneton baskets with covers, two scrapers, and the scoring tool. Perfect set for baking sourdough. The covers are washable, and can be used to line the baskets or to over the dough in the basket.Overall a great set

Making my own sourdough bread - I purchased this set mainly for the baskets. ( I thought that I wanted the circular design of the basket itself - but read about how challenging it can be to get the dough out of the basket.) What I was surprised at, was how simple the washable (in wash machine with towels) fabric liners are to use making the 'fancy cuts' on the bread. Just sprinkle flour in the lined basket first before the dough is put in... let rise according to your recipe... tip dough over when ready to bake ( I use loose cornmeal on a towel - as parchment paper almost burns in my oven and fuses to the bottom of my bread when baked in my cast iron dutch oven) ... wipe off any extra flour if needed... cut my designs using the included straight razors and lame... ( I like a wheat design or two curves like a leaf) ... pop the dough into the heated cast iron pan (I just drop it in without problem) - and out comes the coolest looking bread imaginable! It is like 3-D with the design cuts and the flour coating comes out two- toned. Simply gorgeous.You get TWO baskets with two liners... two plastic dough scrapers... a wood handle lame... and five wrapped straight razors... all for less than $20?! Wow. (I store the lame in the small long box it came in as there is no 'guard' over the razor.) I bake a large loaf and it fits the 9" basket just fine.Great gift idea.Would repurchase again - recommended - no problems whatsoever.

I love that it was easy to use and came with the two scrapers and the razors to score the bread. The bowls and the linen cover have a slight smell, so I made sure to rinse off before using and that did the trick. Some reviews mentioned that you can see the staples from the outside, I did not have that issue with mine. You see the intention of where stales where used to hold the bowl together, but you don't see staples outright. It worked well and gave the bread a really nice look
