I've tried two forms of acacia power - this one and Heather's Tummy Fiber. I don't find any real difference between them, except this powder has just a hint of a nice, mildly sweet smell. Not sure how they do that because it only contains acacia powder.Having been taking acacia powder for about a year now, I take one tablespoon in the morning with breakfast, and one again in the evening with dinner. (I started out with just one teaspoon a day for the first week or so.) I fill a cup half full with water, then slowly sift in the powder, stirring with a fork as I go. This takes about 20-30 seconds. It rarely clumps, but if it does, I let it sit several minutes then stir it a bit more. There is no after taste, and the effect on my "digestion" is gentle and mild. Sometimes I will back off to once per day if needed.I like better than psyllium powder, which feels a bit harsh. Of course psyllium is a mix of soluble and insoluble fiber, where acacia is only soluble, so a different reaction is to be expected.

I love this acacia powder. I put it in my smoothies everyday. It has no flavor. But be sure to mix it with your sweetener before adding to smoothie or oatmeal so it doesn’t clump up

This product works really well. I’ve found that putting it in a juicer and shaking it up helps mix it up. It leaves a little foam on top but it goes away quickly. It’s a little sweet so add your favorite water enhancers to it and you’ll never even know it’s in there and just sip on it awhile, Or through out the day.

I’ve tried a few other brands of acacia powder, and this the the first to have a noticeable taste. It’s not intolerable, but I won’t repurchase this brand.

Perfect poopy. Add Psyllium Husks and you have fast, bulky and never furious bowel movements. Watch some videos on proper amount you need to start slow and plenty of water.

Product is just as advertised. Adding it with Agava Inulin. So far so good.

I actually give 0 (zero) stars. This lot number is bad. Our last order, half of the containers were from this lot and we threw them away. We lost our money. This order, they are all the bad lot and I want my money back. The product smells like formaldihyde or cleaning solution.

I wouldn’t add this to liquids, though, since it doesn’t completely dissolve. But this works great added to smoothies or oatmeal.
