Wanted slightly darker than the typical colors to give to my friend's son. (No pinks) These were perfect. I'm sure he's going to love them.

My wife has done over a hundred of these attractive coasters, all ordered on Amazon from various vendors. All but this one came with cork backing. Without this backing the coaster can slide on the surface and can cause scratches and spillage. I sent an email to the vender over a week ago and have heard nothing in return.

Very easy and fun to do.

One coaster down, seven to go…. I had a lot of fun “diamond painting” my sparkly little gnome coaster (see coaster pic.) The “8 Pc Diamond Painting Coaster” designs are perfect for use during the Summer months to brighten up any table. All 8 designs are super cute, and I look forward to completing the remaining coasters…. I did have a major problem reading the instructions on the outer box (see box pic)—the font is probably the smallest font that I have ever seen on a package. I had to take a picture of the box so I could enlarge the picture to be able to read the instructions…. Another issue is that the product description says to paste the cork pad to the back of the coaster, but the pictures claim there is no cork pad to attach. I did not receive cork pads with my coasters, and the bottoms of the coasters appear to be balsa wood (see coaster back pic.) Lastly, I do not see any cork in these coasters at all (see side pic of coaster.) All that said, I am giving this product 5-stars because the coaster designs are adorable, the kit comes with everything that you need to “diamond paint,” plus you get a stand to hold your coasters. The fact that there is no cork on the bottom of the coasters is not enough to rate the product down, as the product description claims both cork and no cork. I will coat my Art Coasters with diamond painting sealer (not included), after I’ve finished painting all 8 coasters. This coaster set would make a nice gift. I would definitely buy it again.

I've diamond painted full pictures before, but never coasters. Coasters are super cute, and it means the craft is a whole lot less of a commitment. You can get it done a lot faster, or do one coaster at a time between sessions...whatever works. The pictures on these are super adorable, especially for someone who loves sunflowers, and the kit has everything you could need for a very low price. Definitely worth the order, and definitely worth the crafting effort!
