MSI Crosshair 15 Inch FHD 240Hz Gaming Laptop - (Intel Core i7-12650H, Nvidia GeForce RTX4060, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, Windows 11 Home) - Black

So, i bought this laptop for a good price considering its hardware and brand which are reaaaaally good, they all rock, i can run anything i want in ultra settings with no problems hahah, i am really happy with it, and highly reccomend it to whoever is thinking to buy it, it arrived two days before the expected, have no complains.

I mainly bought this laptop because it was on sale at the time of purchase and it was significantly higher spec than anything else in its price range but I can honestly say it's the best laptop I've ever had. Performance is amazing and the screen looks fantastic being a 240hz IPS display, although you pretty much need to use it permanently attached to the wall since the battery drains insanely fast under load and you get significantly reduced performance. The speakers are also super quiet and pretty crap to be frank but I use it with headphones primarily. I was a little worried the build quality would be subpar since I have heard bad things about MSI laptops but after 3 months of use it's still in perfect condition. The last thing I should mention is that this laptop comes with Windows 11 which is quite possibly the worst operating system I have ever used. I immediately installed windows 10 ameliorated and haven't looked back but this isn't the laptops fault so I can't really call this a complaint.

For this price, this laptop is incredible. An RTX 4060 GPU combined with a great CPU i7-2650H. Plays all games on Ultra no issue…Though Ray Tracing can reduce the fps dramatically…however still a beast of a laptop when gaming, especially when you turn on DLSS…Highly recommended!!

I purchased this laptop during Black Friday, and I'm pleasantly surprised with what I got for the price. Here's a breakdown:Build and DesignSturdy build with aluminium on the top and plastic at the bottom.Robust feel, despite being small and not very slim.PerformanceEquipped with one of the most affordable medium-level GPUs.Handles gaming well, allowing me to play everything in ultra settings at around 100 FPS.Capable of running recent titles at more than 60 FPS.UpgradesUpgraded RAM to a decent 64 GB without any issues.Encountered a challenge adding a 2nd SSD due to the missing bracket to mount the unit. The technical support is addressing the issue and will send the missing part.Key points to mentionBattery life is not exceptional.Laptop speakers are not very loud (expected for a relatively small laptop).Overall, everything else about the laptop is wonderful.ConclusionI'm enjoying my mini gaming station and productivity powerhouse =)

The media could not be loaded. One of the best laptops in the marker I get it in early 2024 working perfect so far and I would the product to freandrecommend I love the buld quality and lighting light wich you can swich off if you want to camera it's onle OK quality but working perfectly.. Only downside I wish they add bit more ports for my needs

First Review 04/12/2023Spent 3 days updating, found 2 dead pixels on the screen while going through my testing. Out of nowhere the laptop will no longer recognise my battery or even charge it it reads it at 0% but the battery health charge thing in settings listed the battery as “charging” and at 50% but every time I unplug the laptop it boot loops and blue screens. I have been to my collage’s computer maintenance office and went through some trouble shooting steps before advising me to return and replace. I will set a reminder after 2 weeks only after I receive a replacement, I’ll change my review if I have a better experience.Update 03/01/2024Amazon refused to replace the Laptop and I did not expect a refund as I had no Ida it would be on sale again. (On sale of time of edit) Amazon customer support did not indicate an re occurring sale nor re assurance that I would be able to purchase it again.I have since been to MSI to repair the Laptop, after 2 week it finally got seen with an email asking why I didn’t just replace it with Amazon?! This deeply frustrated me as an engineer that is supposed to be fixing it is telling me I should have just replaced a laptop that has arrived from factory in that condition. The worst part is it didn't go to MSI it went to a 3rd party repair company.Update 09/01/2024I have just discovered I had been charged an extra £46.18 on a phone call with MSI’s repairs under warranty team. I din’t understand why customer support and repairs is on a chargeable number surely customer loyalty should be everything to them. I’m not happy as now when I get my laptop back from the repair shop I’m not going to touch it I am immediately return it to Amazon with -£46.18 out of pocket. This was my first personal computer that runs Microsoft/Windows as I’ve been with Apple for so long, I really wanted to like this thing but I now I really understand why people hate Windows computers so much.Update 14/01/2024I had stuck an AirTag in the Laptop box before shipping, hence why I found out about the 3rd party repair shop. (I would rather lose a £29 AirTag than a laptop valued at £1399) A few days ago I discovered instead of just posting the laptop from one part of Britain 🇬🇧 to the other, someone accidentally shipped it off to Poland!! 🇵🇱?? My bet is DHL just being DHL. As I watched the AirTag Ping from storage facility-to-facility in Poland, I got a text and email saying it will now arrive on the 17th… so not back in time for my next semester of college… With any form of shipping or even anything moving from one place to another there is always a risk of damage, and, well, that takes the biscuit.

Excellent laptop for gaming, great features and performance, first gaming laptop I have had and very happy with it, MSI laptops are very well priced with the features they have.

Works so well runs pretty much anything in ultra or high, easily transported, very sturdy, the keys feel so satisfying, only thing I don’t like is the fingerprints appear so easily.
