It's sometimes hard to be sure a supplement is doing anything, but this one definitely gave me more energy. I know for sure because I finished my first bottle and, four days after and I'm feeling so tired without it! I don't love that the dosage is 6 capsules a day, but it works so I'm re-ordering. No downside to taking these, as far as I can tell, so I recommend them.

After a few days i saw a difference

I like that you get a large number of capsules in the bottle! I was taking another adrenal support supplement with this, so I only took 3 of the 6 recommended capsules at a time. It worked great! Sleep has been of good quality and I sleep soundly without waking up in the night unless I have to use the restroom. I recommend this product! Be sure to take all the capsules recommended to get the full affect, if you aren't taking other similar supplements! Otherwise, it's a good companion to other products!

Too expensive and have to take too many each time.

This supplement, in addition to being non-GMO, organic, no preservatives, no artificial flavors, and gluten free, has a noticeable lack of the usual fillers. The ingredients, especially the proprietary blend, are a who's who list for energy support, including many natural ingredients. I did some online checking and found Dr. Mathur's website indicates her supplements undergo third party testing. She has an extensive blog as well.I tried 2 capsules a day as a trial step and found this was too strong for me, like being over-caffeinated and over-sugared at the same time. I backed off to one a day and like the result: just a little boost in energy support which feels very natural. From how my body responds to this supplement, I feel this truly is a high quality natural supplement, and I'm glad to have found it. Thank you for the lack of fillers.

This Adrenal Fatigue Supplement sure sounded good when I read about it prior to ordering. I definitely could used help with energy, mood & focus. The main ingredients list reads akin to a multivitamin, the "proprietary blend" of extracts, herbs, tea, etc are many things I take or have taken. I'm always concerned with side effects, so read thoroughly. The dosage kind of surprised me, 6 capsules! I already take several pills in the morning & the idea of adding SIX more wasn't appealing at all. I started with 2 and have been taking that dosage for a week now. I do admit, I have noticed a spike in energy, which is very helpful & it hasn't affected my ability to fall asleep at night, thankfully. I will keep on taking them & see how things go.

This seems to be a good supplement, but the bottle recommends 6 capsules per day before breakfast or lunch with an 8 oz. glass of water. The bottle lasts for 30 days if they are taken as recommended. I like that this supplement is formulated by a physician. It is manufactured in the USA. It is supposed to help mood, focus, and energy. I have noticed a slight boost in energy. I haven't been taking them long enough to be able to speak about all the results. The capsules are easy to swallow, and so far, I am pleased with them. I only started off with 2 capsules per day. I try to start out slowly to insure that I don't have any issues, and I have not had any negative side effects so far.

Packaging for this product is nice, although the use of white and golden on pale yellow is kind of low-contrast, and a lot of the text is fairly small point font, making it fun to read at times. It's easier to read the box than it is to read the bottle.Product was double sealed, and both seals were intact.Product arrived 10/2023, expires 10/2024. While thats enough time for using a 30 day supply, I usually see two or three years until expiry.No unusual odor was noticed when opening, so that's good.Recommended serving is six capsules. These are not small capsules. Furthermore, said serving is all at once, before your first food of the day. No indication if it right before eating, two hours before, etc. Given no further direction, I would say "right before eating", but that's just me.
