Great!
If you have your face pad on the closest setting, the setting where your eyes are closest to the lenses, I recommend you put them on the furthest setting before installing the silicone pad. After installing, you can adjust it back to whatever setting you like. It fits over the face pad enough that it won't accidentally fall off and blocks out light perfectly.

Provides a sweat-proof liner to your headset.
I use this for VR workouts and it does indeed keep you from soaking sweat into the cloth face sheild. It fits the Quest 3, but is not on there very firmly, which means parts of it may come off when you remove the headset: not a huge deal, but it's there. Additionally, the tiny bit of silicone connecting the nose pieces will inevitably break. Easy to fix, but should have been designed better. Final opinion: gets the job done at a reasonable price.

Not for moving games
The material is sweat resistant, and good for sports games. While when you move a lot, it shifts from it's original position. It's not a big problem if it moves, but it will cover the forehead sensor, then you'll get a black screen in the headset.

More hygienic than the original but less comfortable
I got these face covers for playing more active games - sweating all over the original fabric cover just didn’t seem very hygienic. However, I found that these silicone covers aren’t as comfortable as the fabric covers. Yes, they are sweat proof and can be easily cleaned, but the breathable fabric material just feel more comfortable for me. That said, I will suck it up and continue to use this cover because I’d rather not get my fabric cover dirty with sweat. One other thing mentioning is that attaching and removing this from the face cover mount isn’t very easy. I will probably just purchase a replacement cover mount and opt to replace the entire face mount each time I need to go back and forth between fabric and silicone.

Fit Weird
These fit awkwardly in my oculus and tend to slip off easily.

Good Cover - Easy On and Off
I didn't think I needed it until I tried it. I love to buy accessories to newly purchased toys and hobbies. I saw this particular item and thought why not try it. It was easy to put on, it's soft and for me, it blocks light that was coming from the nose area. I honestly did not give much thought to the Meta Quest 3 having a fabric face frame. But having this silicone cover and using the Quest 3 for working out, it makes sense. I would recommend this to my friends who have a Quest 3.

Improved comfort, minimal light blockage
The material of the stock facial interface is alright, but I was hoping for something that could help block incoming light while also making the surface softer. This cover achieved 1 out of 2 of these goals.A cover alone can't do much, but this does give your skin a much more comfortable surface to rest up against. It's also easy to clean, making it good for when you have multiple people using one headset. For me, though, the light blocking wasn't great. Granted, it did block some light and is fairly comfortable on your nose, but it didn't offer the 100% light blocking that I've achieved with other Quest 2 accessories.I think how much light blocking you get really comes down to the shape of your face and your nose. It didn't work perfectly for me, but it might for you.Since it really only improved the comfort I can only give it 4/5 stars . That said, it's cheap, so I think it's worth testing out to see if it will work for you. Unless you're looking for no light whatsoever then this should be perfectly fine.
