the tools work great. Wasn't sure what to expect when i bought this, but so please that I did. Made grooming time faster and less of a mess to clean up. Have a large dog who sheds longer hair and was able to really do a professional job of grooming on her. Works just as great on my small dog I love this product very happy i purchased it now

My family adopted a younger (2.5 years old) mini poodle who is not accustomed to grooming. He has high anxiety and taking him to a groomer was simply too stressful for her…but he still needs grooming. I bought this system to try. I’m a complete novice, I’ve only watched a few videos to have an idea what to do.I did as much detangling as I could before starting, and used BioSilk for dogs detangling spray. The vacuum is quiet and has good suction. I used the needle comb and tooth comb first to brush through, I was surprised at how easy it was to use. Then I went over her with the longest clipper guard, which worked well and seemed appropriately sharp, and just went really slow and took a few breaks. He definitely looks a lot better and while he didn’t enjoy it (again he’s not used to it) it was much less stressful and more comfortable for her to have me do this service for him: I liked the attachment selection, the system appears to be good quality. Clean up was very easy. This product is a great fit for my family.

The media could not be loaded.  The pet groomer works really well. After going over our dog just a few brushes, it already picked up so much hair! It’s surprisingly very quiet as well. Our dog is a little skiddish, but let us brush him several times. We liked all the different attachments and uses for the vacuum. Good suction power too!

My dog was a bit scared at first but he loved it after just a short time. Easy to clean and works very well on our Golden/Labrador Retriever mix.

I’ve used the vacuum multiple times already and for the most part, it does well. It’s quiet on the 1st and 2nd level but when you get to the 3rd level it’s a bit loud. It’s not much of a bother once your pet is used to level 2 though. The variety of attachments is what was the final decision for me. I really needed to de-matting tool and a lot of other vacuums do not include it. I took off one star because inside the hose at the attachment area it has a small defect that creates a hook like spot and hair gets caught and builds up. Also, the de-matting tool, the reason I chose this vacuum, gets stuck when releasing the hair. I can work with it although it does get frustrating after awhile. Everything else is great. I really like using the clipper blade. The clippers are more quiet than the vacuum so your dog won’t even notice it’s on. The wire brush works well as well as the undercoat rake. So overall it’s a good buy and you would be happy with it as long as you don’t get a minor defected tool or hose and even with that I’m still happy with it.

Arrived today, and just in time. I have a an Aussie/border collie mix that is in full swing shedding season! First impression, great packaging. I could tell it was a quality product opening it up. I was pleasantly surprised to see all the attachments included. Even electric trimmers! I might save that attachment for my husband and son lol. I used the brush, de-matting tool and de-shedding tool, just to try them out, and after about 5 minutes, I’ve filled the bin up, and I just brushed her a few days ago! The vacuum really helps to get more out. I also love how the brushes all have the retractable bristles, it not only protects them during storage, but makes it easy to pull the hair out. I have arthritis in my hands and the worst thing about brushing her is having to stop every couple strokes to clean the brush out. Not with this! Just hit the button to retract the bristles, hair gets sucked into the vacuum, and then hit the button again to unretract them. My dog hates being brushed so it’s always an ordeal to have to hold her down with one hand, brush her with another, then when I have to clean the brush out, she tries to get away. This way I can do everything with one hand! Absolutely love this product!

I have 2 German shepherds who shed constantly. I wish I bought this years ago. I love the 3 speed of suction and the sound does not bother my dogs. The grooming brush is perfect for there coats and gentle enough to where my dogs love to get brushed. I highly recommend this vacuum, so easy to empty.
