Favorite mug
The design is wonderful. This is a well-made mug (not well packaged though, my first one was broken). It reheats well when put in the microwave. Nice color, nice feel.

adorable, but color variation
I love this mug so much but the color variation on this one is different from the other mugs I have seen in this design from Danica Studio. Please note that the background color is a deep gray and not grey/brown. Much darker in person than depicted and not a matte finish, but a glossy one.

Over the moon!
My friend has this mug. Every time I would visit her to have tea together, she let me choose my cup… this stood out as my favorite! I was delighted to discover that Amazon carried it, so I ordered one. What a special mug- the moon design is lovely, it looks like it was hand made by an artist, similar to something you’d find at an art fair. The only glitch was that it arrived with the handle broken. However, Amazon immediately sent out a new replacement. I thoroughly enjoy using it!

Improperly Packaged Shattered in Shipping
Beautiful mug totally shattered and nothing but some deflated plastic wrap (not even bubble wrap) was padding it. Wasteful. Couldn't even get a replacement. What's going on here? I'm scared to order another one because it might arrive shattered again. What a pity!

Mug cracked first time I put boiling water in it.
I’ve had this pretty mug for four days. I’ve been careful with it — as always. I’ve had cool water in it a handful of times, but the first time I filled it with boiling water to make tea, it cracked top to bottom, through and through.

Poorly packaged
The mug is beautiful, but it was very poorly packed. It was wrapped in a thin layer of bubble wrap then shipped in a plastic bag. As one would expect, it arrived broken.
