For the price, I was shocked at how many clear earrings there were! My daughter does cheer and isn't allowed to have her piercings showing, but they are fairly new and she was afraid they would close up. They were expensive at the piercers so I did what I always do, look on Amazon. She is very happy with the product. They are easy to use and there are a lot of them in the package so she can use them for a very long time.

I found the end that inserts thru hole to be a bit sharp and would poke the side of my head when ear was pressed by pillow. At first I tried sanding it with an emery board, but then I simply cut off about 1/8 “ of the end. There is just enough of the post left for the earring backing and that acts as a bumper preventing the end of the post from poking me when trying to sleep. The remaining earring is still a bit stiff for comfort, but I assume it would be hard to push the backing onto it if the post part was too flexible. I had ordered these when I misplaced my pkg of ball style plastic earrings which I think were more flexible. I think the plastic dries out a bit over time because one simply snapped when pulling the backing off. Whatever. Even though these seem a bit stiff, I’m too sensitive to metal to always wear even nickel free earrings. They serve their purpose of preventing my piercings from closing and when I wear regular earrings now I don’t have to irritate the hole by forcing a post thru partial closure.

My daughter can't wear earrings for dance. These are perfect! Love we can just dispose of them since they are so afforable!
