relatively easy install considering the console removal involved. Instructions are easy to follow and it all comes together if you pay attention to details. works great for easy charging. Phone does tend to get hot while charging on it but a small fan can cool it easily.

Product arrived as expected, and really easy to install. The fans on the charger are not too loud, you can barely hear them. The phone does warm up a little depending how long you have on the charger but it does not overheat. Overall, I would recommend to anyone that’s looking to eliminating cables.

The idea is great.Install is not bad. Unscrewing the 2 screws on the gear shift are the toughest. I have one screw that was overly tightened. One instruction not in directions but helps - put car in Neutral and put on the emergency brake. Gives you more room with things.After the install and my hands cut up from trying to maneuver around, it took about an hour.Results - blah. It may help in a pinch if you don’t have a charger. It will keep your battery at same level. I’ve driven for 30 mins without it going up at all - but it shows it’s charging. The best results is that it may go up a few percentage points but that would be over 30 mins worth of time.Only reason I didn’t want to send back is it’s more work.

If you're frustrated by the fact that your OEM Bronco charger doesn't work worth a damn, you'll be happiest this purchase. Outside of Ford version overheating, it wouldn't connect to charge my phone because my camera lenses extend, thus making the phone not flat when it charges. This rendered the Ford charger useless. This charger was easy to install and appears to be charging my phone without issue. I have a Samsung Fold 5 phone that has extended lenses, so it does not lay flat. This doesn't seem to be an issue when charging it with this aftermarket charger. Definitely recommend if you're OCD like me.

This is the only actively cooled aftermarket wireless charger on Amazon as of October 2023. The addition of two fans to the bottom instead of the heatsink on the old model (and all of the copycats out there) makes a HUGE difference in heat dissipation. I am currently using a Pixel 8 Pro running Android Auto wirelessly, and while the phone gets warm it does not get extremely hot and stop charging like I have seen on previous reports for the old model.Be aware that YOU CAN HEAR THE FANS when the charger is in use under certain circumstances. They are not loud and it is a small buzz in the background and stops when you remove the phone from charging as they only run when actively charging the phone but it is there. With the car running, radio, and air conditioner on you have to really strain to hear them.Next thing to know is that this charger has led lights. Red when not charging, Blue when charging is engaged. This makes it easy to tell if the phone is charging. They stay on with the accessory power so will be on for 15-20 mins until after you turn off the car.Last is installation. I wouldn’t call this extremely difficult but it is easy to scratch up the console if you are not careful. Removal of the screws for the shifter is the most difficult part. Pro tip is get a magnetic bit and use a socket wrench since you have very little room to work with and if you lose one of the screws for the shifter into the console you are in trouble.Final Verdict: 5 stars due to quality of the product and actually works well. Warning about the small fan noise.

This seemed amazing at first. Charged perfectly and no overheating. Barely 3 months after install and it basically doesn’t work. It charged a whopping 10% over 1.5 hours while making my phone extremely hot. Tried other phones as well with the same results. It didn’t used to do it and my phone works just fine on any other charger. Super disappointing for the price to fail so quickly

Instructions and video pretty straight forward. Fits in factory location and wiring simple. The only negative I see is that at 15W it seems to be a much slower charge than my other factory charging pads. Phone gets pretty hot while charging. Does the job overall.4/29/24 Update*** Do not order this. For some reason after around 20 minutes it causes the phone to start heating up and I get a warning to remove phone. Does it with android or IPhone.

Took about 45 min to install. Would have been 30 but I dropped the 2 shifter screws. Recommend using a magnetic stubby Phillips head. Works great. Fast charging.

Product quality is as expected , works great looks great installed, installation was easy
