Loved Nova so much!! Actually love both her series by this name and the Montana chapter series is awesome!! Lots of drama and sexy times with alpha heroes and strong capable women. Don’t miss either series. You’ll be so sad if you do!!

Love this book. Love Cain and Promise’s romance story. These two first met when Promise breaks up with her fiancé who she caught cheating on her with her stepsister. Promise ends up going to the Kings bar with some of her friends. The minute they met, Cain couldn’t get Promise out of his head. They meet a second time when Promise and her ex ends up representing Cain in front of a judge when Cain gets charged due to stopping someone from rapping his daughter. Cain soon finds out why she was in the bar and how much her stepfather and stepsister dislike her. Promise ends up learning that Cain is a single father and how his daughter’s mother left her. Love how these two end up together. Worth the read.

i’m so glad for yet another hea , i was so excited for nova after reading his brother’s book. i’m glad it didn’t mule over the fact that nova was a past “man-wh***” especially in their relationship as often as i thought they would , im so happy for Promise that she finally got her happiness. i loved that there relationship was all or nothing !

So, Nova gets his turn. I was waiting to see how Nova, the ultimate player, finds his perfect woman and he certainly does when he takes Promise home to his bed. His love'em and leave'em philosophy gets turned on its' head when he can't stop thinking about her. He comes on strong like a bulldozer and decides Promise is his going to be his woman and makes it happen, gotta love a hot alpha biker!! There is drama in spades in this story but the best part is the love that develops between these two and the close family dynamics between the brothers in the Kings and their women and family. The bad guys were really bad and were dealt with, biker style. Promise gets the love she's always wanted with Cain and the Kings. She and Cain's daughter, Piper, get along great and really like and respect each other, it was refreshing to read this. There was one confusing thing that I noticed in the story, Piper is supposed to have a boyfriend, Colton, and he is mentioned only once and totally disappears from the story. There was a scene in the story that I found interesting between Kiwi, one of the biker brothers, and Piper, in the kitchen. Will Piper get a story of her own?? This was a good Louisiana Kings story, I'm really enjoying these characters. Now, can we go back to the original Kings chapter and finally give me Nikolai's story, please, I'm asking nicely :)!!

Nova finally gets his story! This is the story we've been waiting for! I love the way Nova loves his family and finally has love to smack him upside the head out of the blue. It was the best! I love Promise and all that she brings to the MC family! I can't wait to see what's in store for the series!

This book turned out to be the book I didn’t know I needed to read. There are a few relatable things that hit me hard but for the better. The characters are everything and I can picture them perfectly in my head like I’m in the book talking to them. This book had me feeling all of my emotions it was that good. I can’t wait to read more books about The Kings!!!

There were times where the book felt like it was dragging the plot out to an unnecessary degree. However, overall the book was interesting and made connections to all the previous books before it.

I've read several books by this pair. The stories are always good, but I always forget I'm not the biggest fan of their writing for a few reasons. One, they need an editor. The sheer volume of misplaced commas in this book is amazing.Commas are important:Let's eat, Grandma vs. let's eat Grandma.Two, it's not necessary to tell every little detail. I don't know if they are doing it to fill space or what, but it's not necessary and tends to make a book tedious. I don't need to know that Cain woke up, sat on the side of the bed, got up, pulled his pants on, then his socks, then his shoes, walked to the chair, picked up his cut, put his cut on, walked out the door, walked down the stairs, walked to the fridge that sits to the left of the sink, pulled out the eggs, got a frying pan, put it on the stove, cracked the egg in the pan, used a spatula to lift the egg out on to a plate, then carried the plate to a table, sat down and ate the egg. That's a slight exaggeration, but not by much.Three, the bikers talk a little flowery, and come across as something you expect a woman to say. Women wrote the story, so I get that, but it takes away from their big gruff biker persona.As I said in the beginning, the story is good. I liked the plot, and have loved Piper's relationship with her father since the first book. I like the characters as well. I'll keep reading the series, just to see how it all turns out, but it won't be a "must read the day it's released" like some book series I read. More of a filler for when there's nothing new I want to read first.

I loved Nova and Promise's story. Nova deserves a great woman and I think his daughter helped raise him to. Promise even more so deserves a great man. Excellent story.

Once I started I just could not put it down, which worked out fine for me. Love, love, LOOOOVED Nova & Promises story. Can not wait for the next book. Perfect 5 out 5 stars from me.

Like all their other books, i loved it! Nova and Promise were perfect together! Just the right amount of drama and humour!!

Kept true to the whole series they just keep getting better! Love the whole lot and really enjoyed this one! Bring on the next one!
