I've tried different pillows, blankets, meds, herbal whatevers, fan/no fan... Really anything that could help. I almost dropped three times as much on a pillow at SN but I just couldn't justify that purchase for myself so close to the holidays. So here came Amazon and this pillow was here just a few days later.Upon arrival and opening - no funky smell. Sat out to "fluff" for about 6 hours before first use. It was a little weird at first finding my sweet spot. Then I was out like a light. Even the cat sleeps better because I'm not tossing and turning every few hours because some appendage fell asleep. Every night I'd wake up at least twice because my arm or hand would be tingling which then woke up my bladder which in turn woke me up entirely.No more.I've been tracking my sleep and while it's not perfect, there was a noticeable shift on the 18th when I first started using it. The yellow highlighted is before and the teal is after. Other than the few nights with lower numbers because I fell asleep watching TV, my sleep has been great. Nothing else in my sleep routine has changed. I feel better during the day, my neck isn't as crampy, I have less headaches, and I'm less of a crab apple mid-day.If you've tried everything else, try this pillow. Especially if you have issues with limbs falling asleep or neck cramping. Totally worth the money!

If you suffer from back pain and wake up with sore muscles, this pillow is for you. I was unable to sleep at night because of my pillows. I tried every pillow out there both expensive and affordable, both fluffy and firm, big and small, I tried it all and nothing worked. I've tried sleeping with multiple pillows and even tried sleeping with one pillow at one point but I kept waking up with back pain. I also thought sleeping on my side and stomach was to blame for this pain but I searched "stomach sleeping pillows" on Amazon and was immediately intrigued by this pillow.The best thing about the Cervical Pillow is the flat neck rest. My main issue with other pillows was I felt my neck wasn't laying flat on the bed, that I was holding it up and straining it throughout the night. I also woke up with migraines with my older pillows but with THIS pillow, I wake up with a straight posture! I have no tense muscles or pain and I felt relief overnight! What makes this different from other pillows is how flat and firm it is. I've seriously never felt more relief from sleep which is so unfortunate to say. If you have back pain or suffer from sleeping uncomfortably, try this pillow out! You won't regret it!!

Very good neck support

I was afraid it would be too firm but definitely not. Could’ve a little firmer? It’s very odd shaped/looking but it cradles my neck, has a curve for my head and a groove on the side for my arm sleeping on my side!I haven’t experienced miraculous improvement but it is comfortable.

I really like the cervical pillow that I bought on Amazon. It perfectly rests my neck and I no more have neck pain. I will definitely recommend this pillow for everyone.

The delivery was fast and nice quality. Packaging was very good. Arrives air compressed. Fluffs nicely into proper shape when opened. The materials used looked and felt high quality and comfortable. Barely any smell when first opened, which was a huge plus. The challenge with a pillow like this is having to constantly find the "sweet spot" when sleeping. If you naturally tend to roll or shift around when sleeping, using this pillow becomes a hassle because of having to always reposition the head. When the head/neck is placed in the correct, centered contour, it provides nice support and comfort. However, if your head happens to shift or move, even slightly, then the comfort is disrupted. I'm a side and back sleeper only. Using this pillow during side sleeping felt more comfortable than back sleeping. But again, if you shift, then you have to reposition. Thus, unless you're positively conked out, having an uninterrupted sleep wasn't really possible. Nonetheless, I'm glad I tried it, but I needed to move onto something else. I would have given a higher star rating if this seller had an easier/quicker return process. I would still recommend trying it, though with the understanding that it might not work and you could be out almost $40 if the return isn't honored.

I cycle through pillows often in search of the perfect one and this one is damn near perfect for me. Finally alleviated some of the neck pain I had, I can sleep on my side of stomach without much issue and flip the pillow as needed. I do wish it was another inch or so padded but likely it’s just my fat head has worn down the foam a bit after this year of use. Did take a little adjustment period but then after was all gravy baby.Will be getting this style pillow for sure again once I decide to retire the current one. Definitely recommend for a try

This pillow came recommended by a couple websites including Amazon. It definitely improved my sleep and I felt much more comfortable. I find I wake up with little to no pain whereas I did with a regular pillow.

It is too high, not really comfortable.

In comparison to the tempurpedic large cervical pillow this is much firmer and higher. It’s quality but firm. Keep that in mind. If you have owned an old tempur this will bump your head prolly another half height up. It doesn’t bring my neck back as much as I’d like but maybe with time. Been trying it for a while now and it’s good. Pillows are so unique and I can only make a comparison to a tempur-pedic large by saying it’s firmer, higher and slightly less comfortable than a “new” tempur-pedic but more comfortable than my old tempur. Value for money for people who like to have their heads higher off the bed.Not posting pic because Amazon wants access to everything at all times rah rah. Please change that Amazon.

This pillow is excellent whether you are a side sleeper or a back sleeper. Apart from its unusual shape, it's a great pillow. 10/10 and would recommend
