Warm evenings
Since buying the blanket I have not had to light my fire yet in the evenings. Great comfort and cosy warmth. Easy and safe to use as well.

Electric over blanket
Laid over bed , good price , very soft , I had large size 200/150 , good fit covers double bed , turned it on and heating works just hope it last longer than some other reviews , took cover out just in case it goes wrong , quality good soft , and easy controls for heating with timer .

Not as good.
I brought from this brand before thinking it was going to be the same high quality. The blanket I felt was very slow to heat up and the fabric felt very thin.I’m just going to wait till the other blanket of this brand gets back in stock.

Question
Blanket is great, lovely and soft and whilst it seemed to heat up not consistently at first it’s been working great. However, this evening I smelt a chlorine like smell and after smelling a small part of the blanket found it was coming from there. Maybe I dropped something on it but haven’t been swimming or near chlorine and was wondering if this is common with electric blankets and whether I should stop using it? Thanks

Ordered, came next day. Colour blue. The material is not fleece or Teddy but more a velvety feel. The colour is beautiful, deep sky blue. The feel is soft and to die for. The heat is just amazing. Set it to 10, when it gets hot, turn to 5 and you're as snug as a bug in a rug. Could only afford one this month but will buy another next month so we have one each. Its actually hotter than my electric blanket. It's amazing so far.
