Works great for the price however I did have to get an adapter for the lines so that it would connect. Faucet 3/8 and my faucet line was a half inch.

The media could not be loaded.  Aesthetically would look good if it wasn’t for the fact that it is crooked. If you are OCD like I am you won’t stand this every time you look at it. Looks perfect on the ad but in reality it is annoying. Even if I push it in it won’t stay in place. Another annoying issue is that if you shut the water off while on shower it’ll go back on that when you turn it on. Causing the water splashing everywhere due to the higher pressure. I wouldn’t buy it again. Unless this one is defective but can’t prove that.

The media could not be loaded.  Updating original post- the hot supply line busted. The faucet now has to be removed because these supply lines are not readily available in hardware stores. Seller was very responsive to previous issue and sent replacement parts.Installed this faucet exactly a week ago and today it started leaking. Not overly cheap but definitely not high quality. I removed the screw on spray nozzle a couple times due to the water pressure being so low with the sprayer attached. I guess the spray nozzle with plastic threads had enough of being unscrewed/screwed. The water pressure is by far my biggest gripe with the faucet. It allows you not to waste water (not that water is really wasted), but it takes forever to fill coffee pots, pots for boiling etc. If there was a way to adjust the water pressure I would give it 4 stars even with the leak.

We installed this in our Airbnb. It Hasn’t even been a year and it already started peeling. Th is isn’t a faucet that is neglected nor do we use harsh chemicals. Now we have to buy another or get a replacement because we can’t have that in our Airbnb.

Like the way it looks, however we had to pump the soap dispenser several times before it actually worked.

Feels a little lightweight and cheap... but... it WAS really cheap, so I'm pretty happy with it. So far all functions are working. I bought this because I needed a shorter arch to clear a passthrough. Most of the more expensive brands were much taller.I haven't filled the soap dispenser to confirm that is working.. but I would think its fine.

Purchased this for a rental property. Nice faucet and reasonably priced. Won't mind having to replace in a few years if needed. Only complaint is that arm swings beyond the sink which would allow a problem if someone had it too far over and wasn't paying attention or even walked away. Could be a lot of water damage. Altho I admit I did not check to see if there is a setting to "brake" it at a certain point.

The kitchen faucet works & looks perfect! You never really know what you’re going to get until it arrives and is installed. The installation process was very easy & thorough with real customer service options if you ran into problems. The only issues we had were removing our old faucet!!! Rusted & stuck on! So check out your old faucet before you put your new one on…. it took us 6 hours to get our old one off & to put this pretty black one on. This is a positive purchase!
