February 2024: UPDATE! I don't want to jinx this but the canopy is still going strong! I can't believe it! We have had 70 MPH winds, Hail, rain and still this canopy is looking good! Especially with The Arizona desert heat that wrecks almost any fabric, but this canopy is not budging!WILL WE PURCHASE AGAIN? Heck YES! August 2023 UPDATE! I only have good news to report! The past 2 years have been unbelievable dust storm, 60 MPH winds, rain, hail, you name it! I just checked canopy and no tears! Not even on the corners where they usually begin. I am beyond PLEASED! I don't want to JINX it, but we haven't had a canopy last longer than 6 months here in the Arizona desert because of the sun/heat. For this price, to last 2 whole years is worth it! Thanks ...I don't know what this fabric is made of, but I will order from this brand/seller again.First of all, the ties for the top of the canopy were sewn outside the main canopy whilst the tier of the canopy had ties on the inside. NO, we didn't have the canopy inside out, the manufacturer screwed up. As we were setting up the main canopy cover (and by the way, this is not our first rodeo) 1.) Pulling the corners to place on the 4 corners was extremely hard, and we had to buy a tool for that, as this canopy cover did not come with a toll like other canopy covers purchased in the past. 2.) We can see pin holes in the corners just by installing canopy cover. 3.) It did not come wit the bi-fold (2 pieces of material sewn on the inside and outside frame. 4.) Material is very thin fabric, the thinnest we have ever seen. We purchase covers about every 2 years, this is the cheapest. Conclusion: So by the time we got everything up & installed, we didn't feel like taking the entire thing down to ship it back. We purchased a little over a month ago, so we would not have been able to return it, even though we wrote the seller to let them know this..... VERY DISAPPOINTED. WILL NOT purchase again. SORRY.******UPDATE: I contacted the seller, and they shipped out another canopy. We have not opened it yet, but will update everyone on the flaws described above, to see if they are present in this NEW canopy cover that was sent -To the SELLERS credit, they sent it in 2 days without any hesitation. For that I appreciate them. I am giving them 4 stars now (up from 3 stars) for customer service. Thank you.Wait....2023 Update!Update 2023: This is the very first canopy cover that has lasted almost 2 years now with NO RIPS, NO TEARS! This is amazing. We had to (in the past) change out the canopy every 9 months, so we tried this brand and wow! With all the heat, then big winds in the summer and monsoon rain...not one tear! I WILL be buying this canopy again! I will change my rating to 5 stars, because it has outlasted ANY other canopy we have purchased!

It was a bit of a pain to get the top canopy fitted given it has no extra room in the fabric to easily slip it on. I had to take some of the frame apart, to be able to slip the ends on the pockets and then expand it to be able to use it. That took some time to figure out. However, the main (bottom) canopy was easy to fit because it has Velcro straps giving it some wiggle room to get the frame into the fabric pocket. Is good quality and is significantly cheaper than all the other options I looked at.

Got the very well built canopy friday... have been watching videos, reading ways I could make this work....now it's Sunday and i finally got the top to stretch over the frame and with great force at each corner, two men were able to push/lift each corner into the full open slot. I'm exhausted and extremely disappointed. My hope is that by leaving the top on frame in the garage for a couple weeks, the top will stretch and everything will be easier, because this is by far the most durable canopy I've had in 30 years of art shows. This is not my first rodeo, having done 40 shows a year for the first 20 years alone with no help, I'm now a 73.year old professional woman artist. I'm using my smaller display screens. I got the 5x5 to scale down the work, to make it more manageable for a solo woman, and was sincerely hoping this canopy would make my life easier. The top simply is far too snug. Will it stretch, or will it shrink?Also, if anyone has any suggestions to help me out, I really WANT this to be a 5 plus star review. I don't want to give up on it and have another show in 3 weeks.Update.....am waiting to see if the canopy top will stretch in place on extended top. Eurmax responded nearly immediately to help me resolve the issue, and is sending 'hopefully' a top that will not be so snug to enable full extension more easily. It is coming next week. Eurmax deserves the upgraded 5 stars for their customer support. Nearly unheard of in these modern days....just amazing and much appreciated. I do so love the canopy, but I need to be able to set it up each weekend at markets, with much less effort and time and strength....The replaced canopy arrived just now, I excitedly put it on the frame, and engineered a longer stick to support each corner as I pulled down on the top and got each corner to lock into place. This canopy must be just a tad bigger so as to work. But I am a 73 year old woman, and actually managed it alone. I must thank the company for their understanding and help in this resolution. Their support and their wonderful products are just fantastic. Thanks ever so much!

There was a hailstorm that ripped multiple holes in the same prior cover I had. It seemed to do a good job while it lasted, but of course it is a canvas type of material so did not hold up to the large hail storm we had. I repurchased this one, which is the same as the damaged one. It can be installed with one person but easier with two and a step stool. Good fit.

Love this! I thought we'd have to replace the whole thing, after a few years our original was very worn and torn (we were too lazy to take it down over the winter). This was well worth the money and it's beautiful. We got the original at Lowes (10x12) and this one fit perfectly! Don't forget to install the small square before the large canopy! ;)

I had to replace my canopy top and this product appeared to have good reviews. I got it 2 days ago, and put it up yesterday due to an upcoming rain storm. The canopy it replaced kept my deck bone dry. This one, not so much. I've included 2 pictures that show what is happening throughout the canopy. This material seems very flimsy compared to what it replaced. If you don't mind a wet deck, then go ahead and buy this. However, if you would like to sit out in the rain and stay dry, look for something else. Mine is going back as soon as I can remove and dry it.BTW, I contacted the manufacturer via email and they did not respond within 24 hrs for what that's worth.
