The cups are very comfortable to hold. They appear quite fragile but they work very well. Highly recommend

2 out of 4 glasses broken after a few weeks of use
After a few uses one of my glasses had liquid trapped in the bottom of it so I threw it out thinking it was a fluke but then yesterday, a second one shattered! I took pics of it. Really unhappy with the quality.

Great looking coffee cup. Came in perfect condition tightly secured in foam. The outside never got hot even after warming my coffee for 30 seconds. Coffee stays warmer longer. The glass is thin, the cup is light. If you have kids loading the dishwasher, these will probably bust all to hell. 😊

Very unstable
Definitely keeps things hotter and colder than other mugs. But very unstable. Have no weight to them and tip easily! Broken two already.

Very effective but fragile.
These cups are great at keeping your coffee or tea warm for a good amount of time, but they are very fragile.At first touch, they feel like they will break if you tap it onto something, especially the handles.They are very easy to clean and are definitely light weight.Highly recommend!

Certainly NOT 16oz!
Great balance, style and light weight. But holds maximum of 12 oz ( overflow point). Very Disappointing.

Broken while drinking
I had a glass as my sister was drinking from it made a cappininco and.it.literally broke the wall as she was taking a drink this is the 4th one that did this and I did write a review with no reposnse from the company this could have been a bad situation. Am extremely unsatisfied with them not doing anything

These are not 16 ounces fluid volume
These mugs do not hold 16 ounces, They hold 14 ounces. The are underneath protected by the glass gets included in the volume calculation
