I decided I would treat myself to a massage chair but didn’t know which one to get. I read all the info and reviews and decided to order the Mynta massage chair. So glad I did! First of all, delivery was a breeze. It literally comes ready to do its job! Just lifT off the box, place it where you want and plug her in. That easy!Really love it and I would say you can feel confident that the chair is great quality. The pre-set massages are perfect and there is a manual mode as well. I know it’s a big purchase but go for it! You won’t be disappointed!

The chair is amazing and customer service is even better. I reached out to customer service before buying, to see and test the response etc. I was amazed. I wanted to know the difference between various models besides what is described. I finally took the leap of faith and purchased it.1. Delivery was scheduled based on availability by 3rd party freight carrier and they were great also. They even brought it inside the house.2. Assembly - it is pre-assembled. Open the box, remove packaging, plug and play. Move it around based on instruction in the manual. There are wheels to make that easy.3. The pre-programmed modes are amazing. Plenty of options in Manual which I am exploring still.4. I thought there was malfunction with Heat. Contacted Customer service, they contacted Technical person on his day off and he contacted me even then within 10 min. Did some walk throughs over the phone. Then arranged for part to be sent and service technician as well in a couple of days.5. Turns out it was all well. The heat pack was supposed to be in a slot in the lumbar area but it was behind the padding. Once opened, I noticed the slot. It worked. We tried multiple modes along with heat while technician was around. He said I will keep the part, in case any issues, call me directly and I will come to fix this if needed.6. Some features if you care for - that it does NOT have - heating in the legs area. and the expansion of the leg is not automatic. For me, those were not requirements.My friends came to my house and everyone loved it when they tried it.Once again Kudos to Sara (customer service) and Patrick (technical expert).

The massage chair came well packaged within a week. This massage chair is really good and worth the price.I had a lot of questions before making a decision, Mynta emailed me throughout the process and took care of everything. Excellent customer service!I am extremely pleased with this massage chair and how it has improved my daily quality of life. As someone who works from home and spends hours a day at my desk, I found myself exhausted at the end of each day. I've been able to get some relief and relaxation from the massage chair. Even after only a few minutes, my body from head to toe simply feels better after using this chair.Pros:The massage head is flexible and made of silicone rather than hard plastic, which upgrades the whole massage experience. It is very comfortable.The heat puts out in the lumbar is intense, in a good way. Definitely helps with pain relief on my back.The operating manual is well illustrated and explains all of the functions in great detail. Well done!You can adjust the roller's position, speed, and intensity, as well as the position of the airbag work and intensity.It is possible to disable the foot roller feature.Cons:when you try to get up from the chair, it takes about 5 seconds to move to the upright position. Only a problem when the phone or doorbell rings.The sound of the air pump is audible in a quiet environment, but I have a solution: open the Bluetooth speaker, and the noise is gone, leaving only the beautiful music.This chair has been a life-changing investment in my physical and mental health, and I can't imagine living without it. I would strongly recommend it

This is my second massage chair I’ve owned. It’s definitely a good value purchase. I prefer a strong massage. This massage chair I would say gives a medium firmness massage but that’s obviously my opinion. I am 5‘8“ tall and I fit really well into this chair. I think someone up to 6 feet tall would fit well into this chair but probably not much taller. The heating element isn’t very strong but it’s adequate. One thing I would strongly advise is considering saving money and buying a 2D chair. The 3D difference is minimal. Hardly noticeable. But you pay for it. All in all, it’s a good chair. Has a couple of minimal design flaws such as the controller is wired in such a way that it gets in the way easily. The Thai Stretch is okay…not really a reason to buy this chair. The best Feature of this chair is the foot massage which is very firm and hits your feet in a lot of spots.

I got this for my wife as a Christmas gift. She absolutely loves this chair. She uses it daily. It is a must buy! Delivery was awesome, they are prompt and friendly. Came fully assembled.

The material of this chair is so cheap, it is falling apart even we don’t use much. The rollers stop short of my lower back. It does NOT go down into the buttocks.Customer support from the factory is a joke. They will give you the run-around and tell you must pay to fix the chair or ship it back at your own expense. This will cost $400.00.

I had ordered a different chair before this. It wasn't adjustable and hurt us from the intensity of the massage. Sent it back. Did more research and ordered this mynta massage chair. We are so happy with it! The rollers are more comfortable than others (I had read that they were silicone and maybe that's the difference) and the strength and intensity can be adjusted of the massage and the air massage can be adjusted. The foot roller switches between rolling up and rolling down. I don't think other chairs do that. The shoulder airbags don't reach my shoulders (I'm 5' 123) but everything else is great! It's amazing to just have this sitting in my living room and be able to sit down and get a full body massage whenever I want. There seems to always be someone from my family in this chair. Definitely recommend!
