Highly satisfied with the product.The V handle is heavy duty, better quality than the ones at my local 24 hr fitness. The welds are good quality, the steel is heavy weight, and the plastic is commercial quality with high quality knurling. There is a very small (and I mean extremely small) amount of chipping on the bottom of the bar (the chrome coating). However, I am still highly satisfied with the quality of the handle. I would expect the handle alone to retail for $30 it's that heavy duty.The landmine attachment is likewise heavy duty. Bigger and better than I expected. All parts on the landmine seem built to last. Paint job is great, fits my rack no problem. I can't believe I got both of these for $38.Note that I was quite surprised by how heavy the box was. However, I'm not complaining as both pieces weigh a good amount and are built to last. I've attached pictures to show how big the items are with respect to my hand (smaller hands).

Rope is excellent, V-shape bar is excellent but straight bar is a bit flawed. I have it connected to a pulley system to do curls. It rotates when you curl which is fine but when you add weight, the metal rubs on the inside, creating friction which does not give you a smooth motion. I put some lubricant in but it's not as smooth as it should be. It is functional but lost a star due to this issue.

I use the V-bar for rows for the most part. It has heavy duty construction with a nice chrome plating. The rotating knuckle swivel is well made and looks like it has brass bushings. I found that it squeaked when turned so a little machine oil through the center hole took care of that. I like the fact that the cable connection hole is positioned horizontal when held during exercise so that I can connect both cables from my system to it. It has a slightly larger connection hole (.59") making it possible to attach both carabiner clips without a problem. For my system this is important for a 1 to 1 weight ratio but may not be important with most other cable systems. The knurling on the handles makes for a good grip without cutting into the hands. Just the right feel. I am very satisfied with the A2ZCare V-bar.

I was really impressed by how sturdy and solid this bar is and I badly wanted to be able to use it. But the reason I bought a bar with rubber grips was because I have a condition in my hands that makes it very hard for me to grip rough surfaces. The last bar I had was soft rubber that gave a little when gripped. The rubber on this bar is extremely hard and rough, to the extent that it left painful red welts on my palms the one and only time I tried to use it. I use the bar for lat pulldowns so I'm putting a lot of pressure into it. If you have tough hands, this is a great bar for you and I'd highly recommend it. For women with sensitive hands, not so much.

This product is for overall back development; especially your lats. Both the t-bar row platform and the v-handle are made of quality heavy steel. I love the well made and durable rubber grips on the handles. I attached it to my TDS Power Squat Rack(2x2 square tubing)also bought from Amazon. I am very pleased with this purchase. I payed a little over $31 total, which is a steal in my opinion. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a t-bar row that is built to last at an incredibly affordable price.

I like that they're heavy and well built and feel good in the hands what I didn't like was chipping in the Chrome and rust on the swivel inside. I was disappointed, I reached out to customer service and Let them know they had A problem with quality control of their product they were very prompt in reaching out to me. I quite surprised They would take the time. I told them don't worry about it I already filed and sanded down to Chrome took care of the rust. I just checked my account they have refunded the full price of the product amazing!!! I will be buying more products from this company because they are willing to stand by the customer thank you thank you!!!!

I got the triceps rope, V bar, and straight bar. They all seem to be well constructed and durable. As others have stated the swivel on the straight bar is a bit tight and catches a bit. But it doesn’t come lubricated and there is a hole in the swivel that you squirt grease into. I didn’t have grease so I squirt some silicone lubricant into it and I works smoothly after. I’ll buy grease next time I am at the hardware store. Others also stated the knurling is a bit aggressive and sharp. It is, but weight lifting glove should be used and it won’t hurt your hands.

For the price i wasn't expecting much but its well worth double. I've used it under a bench, under a squat rack and my prefered method by just placing a 35lb plate on the back.Construction and finish is better than the one at my local gym. I've been rough on it and the paint had yet to scratch.Using a 1" standard bar its not very comfortable without padding your contact point. Olympic bars work perfect.

I really like the v press down bar. It has a nice heft and decently sized washers on the end. My straight bar arrived with a lite dusting of rust, as the rotating collar is not chromed on the inside, and had rusted during transport. After oiling, and during use, more rust is working it's way out of the collar interface - this is annoying as I have to constantly wipe it. Eventually, I know with use it will dissipate.The chrome finish is really a 3 out of 5, as I'm comparing it with some of my older attachments that were made in the 1980's. The finish is a little rough, as the metal wasn't properly prepped before chroming. There are lots of pinholes in the finish. This suggests a rushed job. While It's certainly true, that they don't make them like they used to, I'm happy I at least have what I need to work out at home.

Nothing fancy, just a good old V-grip for working out your deep back muscles. For those that have tested more than one of such equipment pieces, this one is a little bit more on the heavier side with medium-sized grips.
