Nice fit

This minimalist wallet is very nice and I was happy to find this set. It feels like soft leather that will also maintain a good structure. My husband only has only had brown wallets for years and has been wanting a black one. He also complains about how uncomfortable they are when sitting even though I've always thought his looked small and fairly basic. When I saw this minimalist wallet in real life I now understand that the ones I've been getting him are small for regular wallets but so much thicker than this one. Despite this one being much thinner it feels like it will be just as durable and I'm hoping much more comfortable for him. I know how many cards he carries daily and this one has more slots than he actually uses so there's room for an adequate amount of cards. I love that this came as a set with a multi tool. We both own a few as we camp and hike often. I may end up keeping this one for myself as he has a super expensive one already and I always lose mine. I will give it to him as it is decent and he may want it as a backup for here around the house but I will not protest if he offers it to me. I'd say the main prize here is the wallet and from perspective the perspective of a wife I think it's very nice. This exact same set is also available elsewhere but about 2.5 times higher so this was a great find and a good value.

This minimalist wallet and multitool is a great giftable set for a teen or young adult. The wallet is not the most "minimalist" out there, but it certainly folds slimmer than my old one. With that said, if you carry around a lot of cards and money, even this wallet will bulk up a bit. The material is nice and soft, but I can't speak to the long-term durability at this point. I imagine the edges are going to fray pretty quickly, though. As for the multi-tool, it's nothing special, but it looks classy and the features are pretty standard as these kinds of multi-tools go. The individual tools are a bit stiff at getting out and in at first, but I imagine they will loosen up over time. I already have a few other go-to multi-tools, so this one was relegated to our camper. Again, as a gift for a teen or young adult, I think it's a good set worth considering. It's an affordable price point and has a good quality look and feel.

I was expecting a minimalist wallet in terms of overall size and thickness. It is thinner than most, but it's also wider/taller than my tri-fold. I'm not sure it's really a front pocket wallet, if that's what you're after. Still, it's soft leather with lots of pockets. It's definitely a good quality wallet; it just wasn't exactly what I expected. The included multi-tool is a nice addition, which makes it a good gift overall. The knife isn't razor sharp, but it'll do the job.
