Well structured, crisp, high on subject matter expertise
Contemporary, 2017 publication, most of the tools and techniques are unique and universal. I enjoyed reading the theory for each of the tools along with space for experimentation. A hobby well pursued by the author, this is a good book to hold in my fold. I am v happy with this purchase.

Excellent resource for project team leaders and coaches
Recently I have used this book to design a workshop to help leaders develop team coaching skills specifically for project teams. I found the book to be very useful, practical, and insightful. This book contains 55 simple yet highly effective tools to coach project teams from start to finish to achieve optimal results. I strongly recommend it for project team leaders, coaches, and leadership development professionals!

Useful for project teams not regular teams
The book contains useful tools mostly for project teams who is set up for a certain time and certain goal. In this purpose it is a 5 star book. On the other hand I could barely find anything useful for management teams who are supposed to work together indefinitely for diversied goals .
