The media could not be loaded.  I picked this up to get a different GoPro angle during action sports and wanted something that’s less likely to be dropped than a selfie stick. This wrist mount itself is well padded and it attaches very securely to my wrist. There is Velcro on the padded part, and a second Velcro band that secures the opposite direction and allows you to tighten it further. I have no doubt that it will stay on my wrist. It has a 360 degree rotating base that clicks into place, so it is easy to quickly turn it in different positions (the clicks would certainly be heard on the audio track if you’re recording while you turn it). The mount itself is attached to the strap using four rivets, one of the rivets is a bit deformed, but it still works fine and I don’t feel it against the skin so probably not an issue.I’m still trying to figure out the best shots to get with a wrist-mount since every rotational movement of the wrist is exaggerated by the extra height of the mount. Maybe some fun POV shots for shooting sports or using power tools? I think it will also work well for activities where you don’t need to use your arm and can concentrate on your filming and hold your arm out in the direction you want to film (I used a similar wrist-mount camera on a zipline, think it worked well for that). The attached video is one shot I thought was fun.

For $12.99 (at the time of this review), this is such an amazing value. The mount is made of decent quality materials. I really appreciate how it has two layers of attachment- first the strap velcros to itself around its wrist, then there's a second strap. This makes it extra secure, so you don't have to worry about your camera falling off. Much appreciated!The camera can tilt up or down, and it can rotate 360 degrees. It clicks into each position (like a hand moving around a clock) so it holds its position but still gives you a wide variety of angles.This is such a versatile mount. Because it's on your wrist, you can move it around far more freely than other types of mounts (such as mounts to your bike, helmet, chest mount, etc). Obviously different people have different needs based on what they're filming, but for such an affordable price, I think this is a great tool to have in your camera bag and would be useful to a wide variety of people.This just might be my new favorite GoPro mount. So glad I ordered it!
