I bought this for my art desk. I love how sturdy it is and that there are 2 rulers. They work great. I do notice some sharp edges on the flat ruler but nothing that wasn't expected since the corners are crisp and therefore will be sharp.

I love this combo, Seller would be clever when pairing Rulers period, this one did, when I was looking for a Ruler I only had one in Mind in this case the Black one, Not only for the Material, but How Sturdy it feels next to your average Rulers, But then I found this Pair and that ended my Search. I'm glad I did, Love the Precision, one flexible one Unbending, same Size 12" or 12 1/2" To the Sellers/Manufacturers keep these Versatile Combos, Great idea thank you

The architectural scale ruler is great. The flat ruler is very sharp and has scratched me many times.

These are great rulers - especially good value for the price! The markings are clear, they're solid and good material. The only improvement I would want is maybe some color coding of the markings to be able to quickly turn it to the right scale.

I wanted some rulers to take photographs of model cars. One feature I really like with the standard metal ruler is that there is no extra (blank) length on the end where one begins to measure. This means I can set the ruler vertically against the table, and the length (for the car's height) is accurate. With rulers having an extra margin at the zero end, I would end up with the cars being shorter than their actual height.
