My wife and I got this for our granddaughter to give her some visual and tactile enjoyment along with a chance to match pictures and to work her memory while practicing her fine motor skills. That is, as long as she is having fun! The pictures are diverse and colorful. The pages unzip nicely if you want to work on one page at a time. The buckles, snaps and ties are great except, one of them broke when first unsnapped. Also, the Velcro with some of the figures were not tacky enough. This can be fixed and was while watching a movie. My wife roughed up the pages with her fingernails until they worked well. Not sure what we’re going to do with the snap though, since I am not really a crafter or even a gluer. Haha. The book has so much going for it. In fact, it’s just a few small improvements away from being a very nice gift.

Perfect for a long car ride!~Vibrant colours, good velcro stickiness on the fabrics, and the pages themselves can be unzipped if one prefers to not overwhelm a child with all of the sections of the busy book at once.I think this may be best for a child that is learning letters, numbers, colours, etc., and has a bit of manual dexterity. A toddler may not get much out of this, but a child that is in the 2-4 range should really enjoy this busy book.

My grandson was so excited to get this book. In concept, it is great, but the pieces kept falling off. He would literally leave a trail of the pieces as he moved throughout the house. I am a crafter, so I was determined to fix this book because he loved it so much. I bought self-stick, heavy duty Velcro, but the “self-stick” adhesive would not adhere to the pieces. Next I tried fabric glue. That didn’t work either. Finally, I used heavy duty Gorilla Glue (hot glue) and the Velcro finally adheres, but I had to buy one side on the piece and one side on the book (as opposed to the one piece—rough side—of Velcro). It was a lot of work (it took me 3 days!) and a lot of trial and error, but I did it because my grandson loves this book so much. It would be a lot easier if the maker just used stronger Velcro to begin.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a good busy book but I have few recommendations. The stickers aren’t tacky as expected. The toddler won’t know a technique to fix them with a precision. I gave this in car and the tabs kept falling off. Apart from that, the options of entertainment are good. He could easily spend 20 mins on this.
