Dr. Shoesert 3-Layer Adjustable Height Increase Insoles, 3/4 Length Shock Absorption Cushion Heel Lift Inserts

I was having an issue with the collar of low-top sneakers rubbing up against my ankle bones as I walked because my ankles sit lower down on my feet than most people's (I have super small feet!). These inserts solved the problem by elevating my ankles above the shoe collar so there's no irritation, not to mention the added benefit of giving me a bit of extra height. Win-win!! They're comfortable to walk on for long periods of time and stay put. Highly recommended.

Positives: High quality materials, well constructed with very effective gel based adhesive. Negative: Too narrow for adult male size 11.5 /D shoes. I'm keeping them because when carefully centered, I can certainly use them and they are very comfortable.

Seem ok for now, however, we will see how they hold up doing 24 hour shifts, the adhesive won’t come off so you can’t put any layers on because the adhesive tape won’t come off and stick to the inside of the shoe so it slides around

To small ask for large for size 13 got women’s size 5 it looks like I probably won’t take back and trash them. Last time I order this.

These are incredibly comfortable and fit into my motorcycle boots very nicely. As they do not run all the way to the toes they did not affect the fit of my boots, in fact they feel more comfortable while raising my heels by almost 1 inch.
