Very bad product after installation it's 3 days only and the smps got faulty also one filter is used/damaged. And there's no contact details for any complaint

I recently purchased this product over Amazon.As can happens with any other products,this one also developed fault.So I contacted their customer service which promptly addressed the issue.The behaviour and conduct of Menakshiji is praiseworthy.I have my good wishes for the whole team.

There's a leakage in the water filter

The media could not be loaded.  Though the machine is in one year warranty I have to call for paid service as machine received was leaking and there was no help provided by brand and even Amazon so please don’t buy this product from Amazon as it is a scam

This product is very bed and and seller denied not selling for this product

I have been using this product since 2016, it just requires one service per year for replacement of filters else no maintenance is required, my last product runs for 8 years hence purchased same again..
