I sized up.At first, I was disappointed but like all shapewear you gotta stretch it out a little. After that, this is my favorite because it is easy and helpful.I've found it helpful in helping retrain my abdominal muscles postpartum. Wish I found this sooner honestly.I find it comfortable and few things are at this point for me. The appearance is good but I'm wearing jeans and t-shirts and such, nothing tight. The zipper will be visible. The quality is decent, especially for the price. It holds me in well and helps my clothes slip on easier. So this works perfectly for me.

This is by far the absolute best tummy control I bought. It's super comfortable, I can still breathe while I wear it, I could wear it all day everyday. It has a whole big enough to use the bathroom and not worry about it getting on yourself I absolutely love this everyone always ask where I got it.

The hold is good, keeps me gathered in a nice dress lol. Obviously not the most comfortable but if I have an event well this is the perfect shapewear for the day. The best part is how easy it is to put on and take off. The clips and the zipper make it a breeze!

My wife really wanted this, and although it will help shift some parts to help create a desired shape it only helps a little. My wife was very disappointed with what she was trying to accomplish. So much depends on your developed muscles and what can be shifted. In her opinion it didn't work for her. In my opinion it no body shapewear would have achieved the result she was looking for, so my best advice is this works but with real world limitations. The before and after pic in the description of the product is most likely not accurate.

it was a littlee big but its so good on iv lost 15 pounds so i just ordered another one i got this one march 27 i recommend for sure i would show a photo if i could
