It was good to have a product that was not going to have a huge impact on the planet which was also sturdy enough for the purpose of serving 30 cottage pie!

We had a party over Christmas and these were used - which were very sturdy and great as a disposable plate.

These plates look really grim in real life, and nothing like the stock images in the listing. They generally look a bit dirty, as if they’re already starting to mould, so I really regret buying them. Definitely not suitable for hosting or serving food

Lost colour after first wash, strips of bamboo would peel off

Very sturdy and durable plates. Comparable to VerTerra in quality. No odor either. Used these for hors' oeuvres and cake. Would purchase it again!

These are so attractive and durable that everyone wants to wash them. So when I need the ease of disposable, I reach for these. After use they are compostable.

They are ok and a good idea but they are inconsistent. About 5 of the 25 were split and unusable when we received them. Not from shipping but a production problem. Some were thicker and stronger than others. The 8” square were better than the 10” round.

Edited to add: after submitting this review I was contacted by the company who rectified the situation very quickly! The plates were in perfect condition and BEAUTIFUL! I had ordered these as desert plates for my wedding a couple months ago, and was impressed with the looks and quality, recently my guest count went up so I ordered another set, this one arrived in TERRIBLE condition! There was no damage to the box it arrived in, or to the other items that arrived with it, which tells me it was picked and packed visibly very damaged and sent that way. I am SO disappointed!
