Not personalised
Mug is nice, however did not arrive personalised despite adding name before checking out. It just says swiftea which is fine but do not advertise it as an option to be personalised if you will just send a generic mug.

Not Personalised and bad print job
The mug in general is cute but when you look closely, the print work is poor quality , it was even more disappointing that it did not get personalised.
