Beautiful, healthy and practical
This kettle is a lovely, slightly retro, shape while remaining practical to use. It's also made with a high-grade stainless steel and therefore healthier to drink from.I love the fact that it has a detachable whistle cap too as that's always the thing that breaks when you drop kettles on the floor with whistles that come attached, whereupon you have to buy a whole new kettle.My only criticism is that it is indeed a bit noisy when heating up. To the person who complained that the whistle had stopped working, that's probably because the screw inside the cap has come loose and covered up the holes.

Whistle not working

This one lasts
We bought this kettle first over 6 years ago. It is beautiful to use, and the whistle works fine so long as you keep the inner and outer layer lined up,- very easy to do. It did eventually rust around the join, but since it has been in frequent daily use for over 6 years, it was well worth buying again.It may be a good idea for the maker not to claim a 'Lifetime Guarantee' as that is pretty meaningless.

The kettle works on Ag a cooker.
Arrived on time as promised. Kettle boils well on the Aga but the whistle is feeble.

Kettle lighter than expected ? Lasting time. Otherwise boils quickly whistle strong from all rooms.
As abovekettle great but whistle broken can you replace as essential to know when boiled. Please

Worst kettle ever bought
This has to be the worst kettle I’ve ever bought, it’s so noisy when heating up the whistle goes flying off when it starts to boil and the handle gets so hot. I have stellar saucepans and they are brilliant wouldn’t change them for the world so naturally thought the kettle would be of same standard but no the complete opposite.

I can’t fault it!
The media could not be loaded. I love this kettle! Its lovely stainless steel, easy to use and great that it has a whistle you can hear well, so that when you’re in other places, while waiting for it to boil, you can hear when its ready!I don’t understand what other people’s complaints are for!?

Value for money. Perfect shape and size.
It is lovely. The shape and finish sits on my aga perfectly and the whistle can be heard for miles!
