Bridge at a Glance: A Modern Standard Paperback – November 1, 2023

I am new at bridge and all the experienced players I am around recommend this handy, easy to read guide. They say it is a must have for bridge and I agree.

Bridge is a complex and nuanced game, but this book makes its language clear. I first learned the rudimentary game 65 years ago, and am hoping to re-engage after a long absence. Bridge At A Glance puts everything at one's fingertips, literally, in a concise and well laid-out fashion. Color coded and easy to follow, it reveals the heart of a truly good teacher: how to present material in a way that anyone can readily understand. Thanks to this little book, I'll be speaking fluent bridge in no time! Bravo, Audrey Grant!

I am new to bridge so this was recommended to me. Looks like a great resource. I just wish they had provided a sheath or at least packed it for shipping. The front pages were already creased on arrival.

A concise and thorough review of standard bidding rules. Well organized for easy finding of needed topic.

Nice booklet but bidding is so different we decided not to use it.

This guide is an excellent aid to Bridge play. The guide covers bidding and responses, conventions and play of the hand. The content is most helpful to a player who has already been introduced to the game (bidding, rebidding, conventions and play). It may be too cryptic for a novice to grasp the meanings. For true beginners the Audrey Grant series is best read to learn the game.
