There are no fabric strips on my curtain. The flowers are stitched very well directly to to the curtain itself.

Its the same shower curtain. Today Lush is selling it for $59.99. Amazon still sells for less. Go with Amazon.

Hi it's really pretty. I did the funky approach and used a shag loop kinda rug. It's A Pretty Delicate shower curtain. I use a fabric water proof liner
