problems with first on, but great company to work with
The first one did have a problem and would not work. But this seller is great to work with. tried a couple different things to make it work with no success. they sent a new one and it works great. these are man made and can fail, but the seller is a pleasure to work with. look forward to dealing with them again in the future.

How to work it for my vehicles
It doesn’t come with any instructions. How do I get one??

Not upgradable to cover non covered newr vehicle.
I purchased a CK-100+ about 2017. I was only able to program two keys for my vehicle (2012 Ford Fusion). I could not program my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee, nor I could program a key for my Son's 2012 Honda Civic. I cant locate a support site to show me if I can upgrade to the latest Software. Apparently this option does not exist ( upgrade to latest software) or at least is not advertised, both are reasons to not recommend. The investigation to find info to upgrade is worth a lot more than what you will save. They need a support site if they need to compete with other key programmers.
