I wasn't able to communicate clearly with the seller but low and behold, they made it right for me. My granddaughter will just have to settle for a late birthday gift. It was gift for my 13 yr old grandfather. Received promptly and easily assembled. It is part of her daily routine and has plenty of space for all of those expensive beauty products these girls love. She loves the different lighting options as well.
