Extremely Satisfied worth your money
Extremely snug. Won't force hips into retirement like some. Holds the body firmly. Adjustable for less support. I was able to sleep in mine without taking a break. I'm not in perfect shape but I manage. With this felt relief from back pain. Sizing chart is spot on.

Great for post surgery
I had a Fleur-de-Lis Abdominoplasty and my Surgeon and PA were so happy with this binder. Better than the ones from the hospital and nice for a solid transition before a full faja.

Order a size larger than chart guidelines.
I bought this primarily bec I have a diseased liver and when I have a lot of fluid accumulation in my belly, it is painful in the liver area until I have it drained. Compression helps. I also have a bad back and it is helpful with that as well.According to the waist measurement chart, L/XL is supposed to fit up to 56”. I am 49” and can barely get this to secure with the initial wrap. 7” is a big discrepancy. Trying to decide whether I want to send it back and order the XXL or just have my husband help me get it on. (I tried lying down to put it on and that didn’t help.)It is sturdy though and holds once secured. It is comfortable, not hot, breathable and is well. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 bec of the sizing.Otherwise, it is a nice binder and worth the money. I have worn it today and have had no issues with it rolling up or down with position changes (sitting, standing, lying down), so I would say it is good as far as functionality. I do recommend it for anyone seeking support in the stomach or back.

Didn’t Work for Surgical Compression - Material Issue
Bought for wife, but it wasn’t flexible enough to be comfortable for her nearly 2’ long surgical incision - wife said it caused too much pain.Presuming this would work well for non-surgical compression or those without incisions post surgery. Very well made.

Post c section this was amazing!! Worth the money spent! Very easy to use and comfortable.It does ride up a little when sitting.

Not so great
I got this for support after a gastric bypass surgery. It was bulky and didn't fit right at all. I got more support from my stretchy leggings.
