I've been taking these for a couple of weeks now. They are average sized capsules, and the directions say to take 3 daily. I've been on some form of probiotics for a long time and they range in effectiveness. These don't seem to be helping in the way that others had - and these ones make bigger claims than others do so that's even more concerning. But I do know that some supplements take several weeks before any impact is noticed so maybe these require a longer trial period. If anything changes by the time I finish the bottle, I'll update this.

I feel ok after taking these, so that's a plus. Are they helping my cycle, mood, and overall "women's health"? I probably won't know for a while because that's the nature of herbal supplements. I wish the dosage wasn't 3 big capsules per day. It's a lot to add to my 3-per-day regimen, but I'm sticking with it.
