Fun ingredient!
I was curious about using hibiscus in baking as I'm an avid Great British Baking Show viewer and they utilize hibiscus 🌺 often. Keep in mind this isn't powdered as is required for a lot of hibiscus recipes but I actually love the texture they take on and tart flavor.

Smaller than I thought and flowers are crushed
I have never tried this brand but it's not bad . Just smaller bag than expected and the flowers are crushed up . I wasn't use to the flowers being crushed with other brands, but same quality and great for the price I paid. Definitely will order more
