As a menopausal women that is aging, I jumped on trying the Wild Yam. It is easy to take and has a nice flavor for me. Smells sweet to me. I believe it helps my overall health and love taking it. I do recommend. Comes in the standard amber glass. Nice dropper top. I like that it is an alcohol-free tincture of which I am a fan!

Something no one tells you. If you don't have pre menopause or menopause. Do not take this product. Be absolutely sure that you are going through the change. My doctor told me I was going through pre menopause. I am 54 years old. So I thought he was correct. Turns out he wasn't. It stopped my periods and gave me the worst and I mean the worst hot flashes. Every 15 to 20 mins I was having overwhelming hot flashes. I barely slept for over a month because of the hot flashes. My drive took a nose dive. The more I took the worse it got. I forgot to take it for a few days. And I started to feel better. So I stopped taking it. I got regular periods back and everything else. This product might be great for others but Sadly I no longer trust my doctor that told me to take this product.

I ordered this because of the reviews on helping hot flashes. I'm still sweating my ass off and after a whole bottle I can't tell any difference. It was fast delivery. I didn't find the flavor unappealing. I just wish it had worked.

I am very happy with this product. It has really helped ease my premenstrual symptoms. I take it with saw palmetto. Also i have noticed a little weight gain, mostly in my breast and booty.( but I’m not complaining) My opinion of the taste is, is doesn’t taste like anything to me.

This stuff absolutely gives a headache. And tastes awful lol.But it worked.I had preterm labor issues earlier on in my pregnancy and my midwives told me to get on this stuff. It DOES work, to calm contractions and stop them. Which was what we needed.

It took 3 days for my hot flashes to go away.
