I’m looking forward to sharing this book with the leadership team. The book is full of clearly described examples of strategies and supporting rationales to help churches grow. The book is applicable to churches of any size or location. The emphasis on the importance of reaching out, working collaboratively with community partners and following up also explained the relationship between these growth strategies.

I’ve read a lot of books on church growth, but Church Growth Flywheel is a standout. Rich Birch offers more actionable content per page than many books offer per chapter.This book will be most helpful for you if you’ve already committed to culturally relevant preaching/teaching and excellence in your worship programming. It won’t make a bad church a good church. It will, however, help good churches who are struggling to get the word out, draw new guests, and assimilate people well have a whole host of new ideas that they can implement quickly.Purchase this book if you’re committed to working hard to see steady growth over time. Highly recommended.

I've read books on theology and how a church should be growing and why, but never quite understood the "how. Now with this book, I can actually write some notes on paper, delegate jobs, pray, and get to work on reaching more people! Thanks, Rich, for this amazing book! This was a great book. I’ve been in church leadership for over 17 years and also worked in the business world. The combination of effective strategies and a dependence on God is powerful. This book confirmed some things we have been doing and encouraged me to continue doing those things to reach more people. If your a church leader take the time to read this book.

This book is a tremendous resource for every church. It is a practical guide that you can start implementing today. The thing that I love the most about this book is that it has confirmed some of the things that we are implementing at my church. It also gives us ways to fine tune and improve our plans for those areas that we hadn't even though about yet. It is an easy read and the humor in the footnotes help keep you involved and moving forward. Thanks Rich for this valuable resource!

I only wish this had been around when I was a pastor! Rich Birch has taken the mystery of what people can do to help a church grow and has broken down into 5 understandable, repeatable systems. While many other church leadership books talk about the theory of growth, Rich gives an immediate action plan that will work across a myriad of contexts. Every church leader would do well to get a copy now and learn these five systems. They are current, understandable, and immediately applicable. Thanks Rich, for helping the Church with this work!

Puts it all together in one place

This is a must-read book for church leaders who plan to grow their congregation without pulling out their hair. There is a lot more to think about when growing a church as society has recently undergone a ton of change, and we need to communicate differently. Rich takes a very practical approach to help leaders plan and implement growth tactics that actually work. I've personally followed Rich Birch's Unseminary.com blogs for years and have always found his advice extremely helpful and from someone who has the experience.It's not focused on growth being the only goal of your church, which can be a dangerous venture, rather it focuses on how your church can become ready to grow without the pain that comes with it.I'd highly recommend this book to anyone in church leadership, communication and even new church plants.

This was not a good method for church growth either! God called us to follow Him and His word.. this tries to make us use our own power and might to grow a church.

Helpful and practical. Love Rich's writing here and his gift for inspiring us all to action.
