Not fantastic compared with Optive Fusion ( Carmellose sodium and 5 mg Glycerin). I was looking forward to trying these drops even though the Optive Fusion were improving my eye dry syndrome so much. Well, Optive Fusion works much better in my opinion. I guess one should try a few but if anyone find these don't do much, do yourself a favour and try the cheaper Optive Fusion by Allergan. I hope my recommendation helps someone.

too bad the FDA won't allow these to be made in ...
I have tried just about every eye drop there is for Dry Eyes. These are the only ones that have made a difference. I also take a heavy dose of Omega 3 oils as well. I live in the US . . . too bad the FDA won't allow these to be made in the USA. I'll pay just about any price to have these!

Works great for me!
Best product for dry eyes. I tried every other eye drop on the market, including gels and ointments. This has been the only one that worked for me. My tear lakes were so depleted that my vision was severely affected. The Remogen eye drop was the only treatment that improved my vision completely - back to 100%.
