First off, this is a super fun little set with quality ingredients and it's packaged nicely for gift giving. The shortbread type cookie cup tastes very good. The cups are lined with a layer of rich, decadent chocolate and the rim is topped with crunchy nonpareils. The hot cocoa is rich and creamy. Taste wise, it gets 5 stars from me.But the instructions are a little vague. You're told to mix 2T cocoa with 6oz water and that the "mix packet makes enough for two servings of hot cocoa per cookie cup". To simplify, each packet makes 6oz of hot cocoa...enough for 6-1oz servings...divided among the 1oz cookie cups, however you wish.You're personal experience with these will be affected by many variables. The first cookie cup that I tested, had a visible (baked in) crack line (not from damage). It held up for a little over 3 minutes before it collapsed in my hand as I attempted to take a sip (on the 4th time of filling it and sipping it empty). Definitely an epic fail that I somewhat predicted and was kind of prepared for.The next cup, however, worked perfectly and it was a great experience. I filled it, let it sit for a few minutes, drank the cocoa, filled it a second time, and then let it sit for a long time. It held up for well over 15 minutes and after emptying it, the cookie cup was still sturdy and uncompromised.The variables that will determine how well long your cookie cup holds up include:*Visible cracks will allow the cocoa a path to penetrate cup*The temperature of the cocoa affects how quickly the protective chocolate lining melts...the hotter, the faster*The back and forth movement of repetative sipping also expedites the melting of the chocolate lining.Bottom line, if there are no visible cracks in your cookie cup and you follow the recommended usage of 2-1oz servings per cookie cup, you will have a unique and enjoyable experience with these. Seriously...how long does it take to drink 2 oz of hot cocoa...even if you're sipping!?!? If you have a cracked cup though...use caution!

Cookie cups came crackedKids disliked the taste

The product was tasty, but poorly packaged. Most of the cups were broken upon arrival, which makes them unusable. i was disappointed as these were for a hot chocolate gift basket. In terms of taste, 3 stars (no way to grasp full flavor if broken - it's just a dry cup at that point). I would have given 5 stars if none were broken. Company should think about better packaging options as they are cookie cups and can't be used as intended if they're broken.

The best for kids, really fun activity for the holidays.

This is an interesting and really overpriced product. For $30 you get 6 of these cookie cups lined with chocolate and some hot chocolate mix packets. The cookie part is the outside of the cup and the cup is lined with fairly thick chocolate. Some of the cups arrived cracked. The cookie was cracked but the chocolate lining seemed to be in tact.Naturally when you put hot liquid in a cracked cookie cup, it will leak out and make a mess quickly. When you put it in a cup that is not cracked it will melt the chocolate and probably turn into a bit of a mess before you can eat it.I think the best use for these cookie cups may be as edible shot glasses or to use with ice cream. The cookie and chocolate part is just fine but IMHO, it doesn't work very well for using with hot liquids. I think you'd be much better off just making some hot chocolate and dipping other cookies in it if you want a taste combination like this.When you try to ship fairly fragile things like this through what is probably multiple warehouses and shipping vehicles and throw in the possibility of hot environments during the transportation process, it almost seems like it would be impossible for these cookie cups to not crack or melt along the way. At $30 you are paying about $5.00 for each one of them. It is a creative idea but I don't think it works well enough to buy especially at the current $30 price tag.

The cups look quite cute with the tiny chocolate balls sprinkles on top and the festive wrapping. Inside the cup it has chocolate walls which pools into a thick chocolate bottom. The cocoa included is quite sweet. I believe the best way to eat it is to warm the cookie cups on low heat in the oven so that the cookie is warm on the outside then pour milk into the cups for a "cup of milk cookie" to enjoy munching and drinking from. Be sure to look at each cup for cracks before you put liquid in them to prevent leaking.

The cocoa is easy to make and the cookie cups are really cute. There’s enough for two servings of hot cocoa in each cookie cup (12 drinks). To make them as cute as the picture, you’ll want to get some mini marshmallows, or some whipped cream and sprinkles to garnish the top of the cups. Also, if you don’t want to use the cookie cups for the included hot cocoa, you can fill them with other things like pudding.The cocoa tastes great and the cookie cups are very good also. It’s VERY rich together, which I love. I think these would make a great gift. They’re adorable. One note, if you let the cocoa cool off enough that it’s drinkable before you pour in the cookie cups, the cups will last without leaking longer and the chocolate will slowly melt into the hot cocoa over time, rather than quickly. I definitely recommend. (Don't spill it all over, like I did).

Lecker ist das Set definitiv. Leider sind die Becher so klein und einer hatte Risse, den konnte ich nur einmal verwenden. Ansonsten finde ich es gut, vielleicht ein bisschen teuer.
