Good for the money
Dont expect it to run anything fancy. If you want something cheap and quick and you only use light apps (email, ect) then this is ok.It can run Snapchat, instagram, Tiktok just fine. But everytime im on google maps, it freezes whenever i reach my destination.

Very disappointed... Slow, slow, slow, fingerprint reader works about 5% of the time
This is an updated review after 4 months. If there is a way I could give it a negative rating -- and Samsung's support a negative rating, I would....After 4 months it would no longer connect to T-Mobile cell towers. Called T-Mobile. They thought it a SIM card issue. So waited for a new SIM card. When it arrived, put it in. Same problem. Spent 90 mins on the phone with T-Mobile tech support trying everything they could think of. Finally told us to take it to a T-Mobile store to see if they could figure it out. We did that early today. They used the SIM in another phone and it worked fine, and they quickly concluded there was a problem with the phone. No surprise there. Then, to waste 3 hours of my life I'll never get back, I engaged Samsung warranty support to return it for a refund. First, they said it was out of warranty. Which is false. After I proved I had only had it for 4 months with my Amazon invoice (which I had to find, download, then upload to Samsung), they agreed it was still in warranty. Then they said I could turn it in to their repair shop. I told them "No, I don't want it repaired. I want a refund." I explained this was the 4th Samsung phone my family has had and they have all died or malfunctioned early. I told them I was done with Samsung and wanted my money back. That was a 90-minute argument with lots of long pauses via chat.I finally gave up and called their helpline. I spoke to "Mary" who was polite but started down the exact same path, so I had to again prove it was in warranty, and it was my phone, etc. Then she told me I could not get a refund, so we had an argument about that. Finally, I agreed to send it their shop for them to diagnose, but I told Mary I expected a refund once they got the phone. I told her they could burn the phone for all I care, but if they wanted to diagnose it on their time that was fine. She was evasive but said they would "do the right thing." All this took an hour. Then I got an email with the shipping label and an email that clearly said this was a return for repair and that if they could not find anything wrong with it they would send me a bill. It was not a return for a refund. So after I calmed down, I engaged them again via chat. We started the whole conversation over yet again. And we went in a circle again. At this point I'm stuck with a phone that does not work (and worked poorly on its best day as detailed below), and Samsung refuses to provide any compensation for it. Some of my family members think Samsung is a reliable brand even though we have endless problems with our Samsung phones (as I type this my wife is sitting in her car in the garage trying to get her Samsung to connect to Android Auto). I told my fam we are never buying another Samsung. I have long used BLU phones, and love them. Not top of the line features, but they just work.So my advice to anyone reading this is to not buy a Samsung phone. Buy anything else. Just stay away from this mess.Original Reivew below:I rarely write negative reviews because I research thoroughly before I buy, but this purchase was a mistake. I've had a cheap BLU VIVO X5 for 4 years and (other than its poor camera) love that phone. Only "upgraded" because my company said I had to move to Android 12 or higher to use the company apps on my phone... I tested a BLU S61 but eventually settled on this thing. Frankly, I put a lot of stock into it being a Samsung. Big mistake. On the plus side...it's a cell phone and it generally works and only costs about $170 delivered and with a 3-year warranty. When it connects the calls are clear. It also has a very good camera.Biggest issues:Fingerprint reader only works about 5% of the time. You have to try it, try it again, try it again, swear and then enter your screen code. If you are driving it's not usable because you can't be driving and entering screen codes. I dunno...maybe I'm a safer driver because it is unusable when I'm driving. The screen is not sensitive to touch. I can't tell if the screen is just not responsive, or the phone itself is slow (which it is at times).Anteana seems weak... I quickly lose reception if I get deeper into a building. It's worse than my prior Blue VIVO.Other than that -- if you can get reception and it is not going slow and it is responsive to your touch -- it's an OK phone. I regret buying it.
