ITS' SERVE THE PURPOSE
Delivery was on next day. Thanks to Amazon.Used only for 2 weeks as of to date. A good design as an alternative option to warm food without using microwave oven at workplace during busy schedules. A product from China. 4 plastic big buckles to lock the lid with the main body doesn't look durable. No warranty certificate from the manufacturer is given inside the package. However, one year product warranty from Amazon may apply, hopefully.A cover is not provided to cover served food on the metal tray to safe keep inside the refrigerator. Other than that, everything else is fine so far. Will update the forum again after using few more months.
