Very comfortable file to use
I really like the feel and comfort of this file's handle. I'd seen other products and, even though the file may have been good, I couldn't imagine holding any of them for a length of time. Just my personal preference, but I want a tool that fits my hand and is easy to control. This tool fits my hand and my purpose.

Great value and does the job
A good addition to the toolbox for anyone who likes to keep their fret ends tamed. The one thing I noticed was that the end of this file is rounded on both top and bottom, where some dressing files have one of the flat sides squared off and one side rounded. This is a minor complaint, especially if you're like me and just want a good, inexpensive tool for helping to smooth out those fret ends. Along with some tape and a set of those emery board looking polishers, this file made it easy.

Works as Advertised
Works great, feels good and does not have the standard 20 - 30$ StewMac delivery fee.

A good value product
Similar to the Stewmac fret end file, without the exchange penalty and the insane shipping costs. Have done a couple of client guitars to deal with fret sprout with it and it does exactly what I need it to do.

Great file for rough fret ends
This is a great file that is easy to use and did make a big difference in an acoustic guitar I had that had fret ends I thought could be smoother. The handle is ergonomic and two sides of the file are totally smooth, as is the tip, so you realize can’t damage your guitar as you use it. Just make sure to watch some videos so you get the angle right - you’re not supposed to file it flush. Also, they put an arrow on the handle to let you know which file side is the coarser side, but to be honest I found it confusing because the arrow pertains to how you’re holding the handle when it should have just pointed to the coarser side itself. It’s technically pointing towards one of the totally smooth “safe” sides. Music Nomad also sells a B-File with the wooden handle but that is really more for actual fret sprout, not smoothing out fret ends.
