There was another brand’s that I was taking, that is no longer available so I switched to this.It’s the same thing, same amount of capsules and potency is the same in each one.And it seems to work the same as the other. All I take is one pill, and that is enough for me to not have to sleep all night. I usually wake up after about 5 hours and I’m good. It just wakes me up, to be fair, it doesn’t let me sleep, I feel like I have to get up. Which is fine, as I get older, if I sleep for too long I get bed sores and my back aches so this helps me get out of bed.The energy during the day is good, it’s nice and even throughout the whole day. Even if I drink coffee in the morning I don’t feel jittery, and I can drink a few more later in the day and it’s totally fine.Quite an amazing pill, actually. Surprised me at first. But I’m glad I found it.

I truly think they're working, I have better energy and they didn't make my stomach upset or anything. I did take these on an empty stomach a few times with no issues. I'm going to continue using them and I'm happy with this brand.

Took this cause i thought it would help with performance. It die nothing and the pills tasted and smelled awful they also made me sick.

I work out regularly, but I'm not a big on taking anything pre-workout unless it's food, water, or a protein shake/bar if I'm in a hurry and want to get some energy. I don't drink caffeine, and try to avoid anything with that (or any other stimulant.) I heard about this stuff years ago, but was kind of skeptical. Plus, I'd heard the taste in powder form wasn't for everybody.It wasn't until a friend was telling me about how he and his athlete son both love this product (in capsule form) that I finally gave it a shot. I'm 43, and when I use this stuff pre-workout, it feels like working out when I was at least 10-15 years younger. Zero worries of jitters, feeling weird to the point of distraction, or a crash.It's not a cure-all at my age, but it's definitely not placebo effect, because I absolutely notice a difference in my workout intensity and conditioning. It's especially noticeable during my workouts towards the end of the week. I always try to do Monday-Friday and take weekends off. I used to work out Monday-Wednesday for sure, and hit different things Thursday and Friday (if I felt like it.) Thanks to this product? On Thursday and Fridays, I feel like it. A lot more. And I'm able to hit more reps, more cardio, more laps in the pool.And it seems like Peak O2's positive effects compound over time, the more and more I use it. I don't know if that's how it works, but it works for me. I love it.

This supplement boasts a good mix of mushrooms that claim to be beneficial for various things. However on the label itself it does not break down what this blend is or the amount of each included. Instead it only states 2,000mg of the entire blend. So there no way to know if 1,994mg is turkey tail and the others are 1mg each or visa versa. The rest of the label is clearly marked and easy to read and has easy to follow directions. There is clearly stated lot numbers and expiration dates on the bottom as well. It also says they are tested for purity and potency but there is no certification stamp on the bottle its self. Personally I would like to see a non-gmo status and a 3rd party certification seal. Without 3rd party lab testing there is no way to know what you are actually getting.The pills themselves are sized about the same as most other supplements and vitamins so they are fairly easy to swallow and they don't have a bad aftertaste like some mushroom supplements can have. The pills seemed to be filled uniformly and there are no crushed pills or empties.Overall I like the blend if they are equal amounts of each mushroom but would like to see at the least 3rd party certification of testing to prove purity and potency and what they actually contain on the label.

The media could not be loaded. I love this stuff!!! When I take this I am noticeably less exhausted when I’m hiking up to a peak to snowboard. Great company. Highly recommended
