Bought this for my 11 year old and she loves it! So easy to use and works wonderful! She has been making face masks non stop.

I bought this as a gift for my 13yo daughter who wanted it really bad for xmas. She loves skin care, and always wanted to make her own masks and stuff so I really thought this would be better than it really is. It comes with everything u need EXCEPT FOR the fruit juice or whatever ur using. U have to squeeze or puree fruits or veggies urself. It's easy to use for sure and does all the work to mix everything and then u push a button which dispenses all of the mixture into the face mask mold where u leave it to cool for a few mins. Trouble with this is, no matter what juice we used, or how long we let it sit to cool, even putting it in the fridge for an hour, when u go to remove the mask, no matter which way u try to do it, they fall apart into mushy gel!! EVERY SINGLE TIME!! Sometimes it wouldn't ever even turn to gel and cool! It would stay liquid in some spots!! I wouldn't recommend this to anyone! If there are people that have this and love it or it works perfect for them, I commend u and must know how u got it to produce an actual gel mask that stays in 1 piece!

This machine is amazing!!! It instructs you step by step, and these mask make your skin flawless and radiant! I’m currently stuck on my lemon mask! Brighter and clearer complexion noticeably very quick!!!

I bought this as a holiday gift for my daughters. It is so easy to use and clean. The mask is great and held its shape. Fun activity and no waste.

This was a gift for a teen age girl (who else would want to mess with making your own masks?) The speaking feature worked for the first two steps, then went to a shrill whine. The product produced did not firm up as expected. So product itself gets a thumbs down. I immediately requested to return the product and got an affirmative reply that purchase price will be refunded upon receipt of returned product. If it takes as long to return as it did to receive it, I will not know the results of this transaction for almost a month. So the review of the customer service remains to be seen.

I was super excited to use this. My daughter and I tried it last night and followed the directions step by step....failure! we watched tutorials to make sure we weren't doing it wrong and we weren't. I will be requesting a refund but maybe I just got a bad one.
